30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, protective materials, and accessories.

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

We'll review your case promptly and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different model, simply return the eligible item following our return process and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), SkyCraft Models will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item has been used or displayed in a way that causes damage.

  • Original packaging is missing or severely damaged.

  • Parts, accessories, or documentation are missing.

  • The return request falls outside the applicable return period.
